We are the Pioneers, passout students from the institutions based on Sri Aurobindo’s philosophy of integral education. Dreaming a Divine future and attempting to achieve it for the Whole world as per the guidance of The Mother and Sri Aurobindo. In short we are the practitioners of Integral Yoga or Yoga of Transformation.
Our vision is to manifest a Divine future for the entire world, guided by the principles of Sri Aurobindo’s integral education and inspired by the teachings of The Mother and Sri Aurobindo.
We strive to lead in integral education, empowering graduates of institutions rooted in Sri Aurobindo’s philosophy. Our goal is to actively contribute to a future embodying integral yoga values for humanity’s improvement.
We apply Sri Aurobindo’s integral education principles in our institutions, guided by The Mother and Sri Aurobindo. Our actions and decisions reflect this guidance as we actively practice Integral Yoga, striving for personal and global transformation.
To nurture a lifelong connection with the ideals, teachings, and vision of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, and to carry these values into our personal, professional, and collective lives.
To bring together former students from Integral Schools across Odisha and create a strong network of friendship, fellowship, and cooperation through state-level, district-level, and multi-district gatherings, activities, and initiatives.
To encourage Pioneers to actively participate in the work inspired by The Mother and contribute their time, knowledge, skills, and energy to meaningful activities carried out by different wings and organizations across Odisha.
To actively participate in Dasakarmadhara and support its different areas of work, encouraging Pioneers to come forward and contribute according to their abilities, interests, and experience.
To strengthen collaboration among different wings, centers, organizations, and communities working towards the ideals of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, creating opportunities for Pioneers to contribute to educational, cultural, social, spiritual, and community-oriented initiatives.
To share experiences, knowledge, and guidance with younger generations and encourage them to discover their potential, develop their talents, and participate meaningfully in building a better future.
To provide a platform where Pioneers can meet, reconnect, share experiences, celebrate their memories, develop new friendships, and come together in the spirit of collective growth, service, and contribution.
Every contribution matters. You can be a part of the collective work in different ways — through your time and action, financial support, or inner dedication. Choose the way that resonates with you and join us in serving the work of The Mother.
Offer your time, skills, and energy by actively participating in the work of The Mother. Take responsibility in different activities, help organize events and camps, conduct study circles, and work together with other Pioneers in meaningful initiatives.
